Hi Jo,

You may wish to experiment with the settings under File > Options, Advanced, Calculation options - particularly the settings "Move end of completed parts after the status date back to the status date" and "And Move start of remaining parts back to the status date."

However, I don't think this will have an effect on any of the recording you have all ready completed. Try it on a copy first.
