Thank you for your reply, Julie!
I've added the columns Max Units and Peak to my Resource Usage sheet and can see days where the associate is assigned to 200% or more in the Peak column, though her max is 100%. I assume these are the tasks that are causing the issue? Under Leveling Options it was set to day-by-day, but switching to week-by-week takes that associate off of the overallocation list.
