but it calculates duration differently based on how many people are on it. which is fine and makes sense but then does it mean the definition of work for 8 hours is, 1 persons work? so if i said 8 hours of work and assigned 1 person, it calculates 1 day, but if i assign 4 people it calculates 0.25 day... if i dont assign any people, then it doesnt change the duration no matter what i do. so changing work doesnt affect anything in that case?
