Hi David,
Sorry for the delay in replying. I do now see what you are reporting. The level of accuracy is not to the minute in the team planner view. I also see that when I change the non-working time to something unusual (break from 12:08 to 1:08) the non-working time for that hour disappears from the team planner view.
