I have a question.

I m working in ms project 2007
I want to get the %work should be on any specific date(Concerned with progress line)
I want to elaborate my question with a little example.
... For a work whose start date is dec 19,2011 and finish date is dec 23,2011.(100%)
If I want to know %work should be on dec 22,2011.
Is there tool or technique in MS Project.i don’t want to use PV.
How can i?
thnx.
