At the printout it shows project1 at the left bottom. How can I change it to the project name? and is that the same thing to show for the whole project summary at the top? how can insert it?

Show the Project summary task (Tools > Options, View tab) and then type what ever you want in the project summary task line. Usually the file name is what appears in the project summary task line. With a Project Summary task of "Project1", my guess is that you haven't saved the file.
