Hi Antares,
No, sorry. A single task can only have one constraint, either FNLT or SNET. You can work around with milestones linked with constraints. Also, leveling will not "fit this task in this interval" it will only delay tasks based upon resource overallocation, the priority of the task, and the ability to split a task. I hope this helps.
