Hi,
You could try this. I don't know if this way will be faster for you, but at least you won't have to open the Animation pane to do it:

Make sure you're on the Animation tab on the ribbon.
Highlight all the bullets you want to animate at once.
Click on the Trigger button in the Advanced Animation group near the center of the ribbon.
Move down to "On Click of" and choose when you want the animation to appear.
