Hello, you might want a language pack?
I work in French and English with PowerPoint and it works perfectly for me without having to set manually the language.

Thanks, but I'm afraid that's not helping me. First, I use Office Mac 2011, then as I understand it, language packs helps for spelling and menus. I prefer using the English version of Office, but make presentations both in English and Norwegian.
