Question Own starting page number when printing handouts

Hi there

I need to print handouts (2 per page) for a reader I am putting together and need to be able to print with a starting page number of 140. Nowhere can I find a solution. The oooold Binder could do that, but 2010 seems to be unable.

Any help will be appreciated
