Default PowerPoint to video

Hello.

So I have to create a movie from a PowerPoint presentation so that I can get the animations/timings out of PowerPoint and into Adobe Captivate 5, otherwise I have to manually create them. On Office 2011 for Mac, when I export a movie, the transitions do not occur into the movie. Same when I do it on PowerPoint 2007 for PC/Windows 7. No different with Wondershare's PPT2DVD/PPT2Video.

Without having to use Captivate (which I own), HOW can I get these animations out? This is SOOOO annoying.

And, I don't want to have to purchase more software (different if it is free and not going to watermark).

Thanks,
Mike
