I am looking to actually embed, such that the Powerpoint file contains the movie.

The goal is to make a simple portable animation that contains movies. i have seen the sites showing the developers toolbar etc- using shockwave-- setting to embed, and even tried Adobe Presenter. All these techniques require that the video file be present on the host PC- that's not going to work for me.

I have simply dragged the video files into PowerPoint from Windows explorer and it actually embeds the file :-)

Now- how to get it to play during an animation.

Other ideas are welcome- This must be a common request
