Good morning all,
I am currently using Microsoft Office 2007 and have a Excel document which I update on a daily basis. These figures are then automatically updated on a Powerpoint presentation via a 'special paste'. I'm looking to migrate all of this onto a web based application however don't want to have to 'update the links' on several different powerpoint presentations. I have two theorys for resolution; however if you have any further suggestions i'd be appreciative. 1) Link each individual slide via URL - I can figure out how to link the file via url (E.G. C:\FolderName\Filename.ppt) however is there a way of linking an indivudal slide (something like C:\FolderName\Filename.ppt\Slide1) in URL format? 2) Automatically update links when the powerpoint presentation is loaded via the URL link. This would need to be done because I want to load the powerpoint presentation as a .pps file and the option to 'update links' does not come up unless it's opened as a .ppt. Thanks in advance, Simon |
