Hi, all:
Newbie working with version 2007 here. I can't seem to find a tutorial that explains how to view a file as a presentation rather than as the slides during the building process. I can save the file as a presentation and reopen it to view... or call it up in the basic ppt viewer and look at it that way. Surely, there must be a way to flip over and view your build as it shows while you have the file that you are creating open... without having to file it away and reopen? My frame of reference here is as a Word user, where you just basically make the change you want and how it is on screen is how it is. You don't have to close one thing to let it render and then reopen. So maybe I am just not understanding how powerpoint works regarding this fundamental issue. Thanks in advance for any insight... I find it odd that MicroSoft doesn't have a tutorial on this, but I think I have been through the entire list... Jan |
