I'm in the Army and I'm trying to make a visual vehicle commo tracker for my boss.

I have a powerpoint with a picture showing the rollup of vehicles we have in our unit. I also have an excel spreadsheet that tallies what commuication system is installed in each vehicle and current operational status (broken or working).

Is there any way I can merge them so that I can visually overlay what is installed in each vehicle and whether it's operational by simply making changes to the spreadsheet?
