Default Ungrouping an object pasted from another program

How do I ungroup an Origin Graph (or other object pasted in from another program) in Office 2007 Powerpoint? I used to be able to do this in Office 2003, but now the "ungroup" option is not available. There is a "graph object / convert" right click option, but it doesn't do anything.

I want to be able to convert my Origin Graph into a bunch of lines+points+text.

Thanks!
