Default How to convert text into spoken karaoke/ teleprompter

Hello,

For a PowerPoint presentation, I'd like to find software to convert text into spoken karaoke / teleprompter.

Not just generate audio, but also watch the spoken text scrolling by highlighting what's being spoken, like a teleprompter.

Word can do that when reading the text aloud, but how can I get that process to run inside a PowerPoint presentation?

Does anyone know of any solution to do this?
Thanks.
