Does anyone know if there is a way to:
Add a checkmark in a PPT file Save/export as PDF PDF checkmarks are clickable I managed to do a test a few months back but for the life of me can't get it working now. I have attached the example PDF which would allow a user to tick a checkbox, save the PDF which would retain the checked selections. Any thoughts appreciated. ![]() |

Yes, you can add clickable checkmarks in PowerPoint and save it as a PDF with clickable checkmarks. Just insert the checkmark symbol, add a hyperlink to it, and then save as PDF with "Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded" option enabled.
