I don't have 2013 (like most people here maybe) but I believe you have to record the timings you need.

Set the transitions to ON CLICK and then in the Slide Show tab >> Record slide show

CLICK the mouse at appropriate times to change slides

You should now have an option to Use recorded timings when you make the video.

Sorry I cant help more but it may be different in 2013
