PowerPoint 2007 will not allow you to embed a .swf object as in previous versions. The simplest approach is to place the .swf in the same folder as the PowerPoint.. so it’s co resident with the PowerPoint file. In the Shockwave Flash Objects properties “Movie” field, simply enter the flash files name “whatever.swf” that’s it.
