You could add a slow Line animation (for the Dallas effect: from left to right) to your video and set it to animate 'with previous'.
Or a slow Fly Out To Right animation. Or a slow Fly In From Left animation, but in that case you should put the video in its end position, e.g. off screen on the right side.
