How I work cases like that:
1. Manually select a different audio clip on each slide 2. If the syncing with the animations has to be very precise: add bookmarks to the audio files (Playback tab > Add Bookmark) and trigger the animations to those bookmarks (select animation in animation pane > Trigger > On bookmark) 3. Add slide transition timings through Slide Show > Rehearse Timings
