Thank you John. That looks super useful! I must confess I'm scared of macro
 , but I'll give it a try. Would you please guide me a bit? I just don't know how to use macro. So, I know I have to create a text box in a slide and I also know I have to copy/paste the code of the linked page somewhere, don't really no where. And that's all I know  .I hope it's OK for me to ask. I really appreciate your help  .
