I have several simple slide shows- song lyrics with pictures in the background. Each one is a stand alone PPT presentation (because each one represents one song). The other day someone asked me if I could send him the PPT songs, but all combined into one long PPT. I have a folder with 8 PPT presentations in it, but I haven't found a way to place them all into into one new PPT presentation without opening each one in a separate window and dragging the slides manually. This will take me forever!
I looked online and found some little funky PPT joiner program. It requires going into DOS and doing some funky things that I would rather not mess with. Things I've tried: Inserting the ppt files as objects. Didn't do what I wanted. I tried the review feature in PPT 2010 and tried to merge a new ppt. It didn't work for some reason. It seems to me that it should be very simple to make 8 ppt files just merge into one long PPT. There should be an "insert ppt files" button or something... Rock |

Good news! You can combine multiple presentations without having to open them all. Check out this article from the Office help page: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/po...753.aspx?CTT=1. Cheers, Isabella MSFT Office Outreach Team |
