Most likely it's you graphics driver in Windows not working well with the version of W10.
Try File > Options > Advanced and tick DISABLE SLIDE SHOW GRAPHICS ACCELERATION as a start. If that works see if the manufacturer of the card has updated drivers on their web site for W10.
