![]() Version: Office 2010 Hello everyone, I've created an easy to use visual tool that links to various manuals as needed. However, the hyperlinks in the shapes do not work for anyone outside our file network. In order to resolve, I am trying to embed zip files into shapes in the PPT, however, I am having difficulty finding the right online guide. So far, I've been able to add a hyperlink to a shape, and I've been able to add a full zip icon that contains the file into the ppt. At a certain point, I may create a custom icon for each file that mimics the shape and words, but that may be more trouble than its worth, as there are about 30 files. Does anyone know if embedding a file into a shape is possible in PPT? (As opposed to hyperlink or adding icon) |
