syncplicity causing powerpoint 2016 dropdown menus not to open
syncplicity the syncing app that works on the windows causing powerpoint 2016 dropdown menus not to open. but when i close that app the menus begin to work. any ideas why ?

You need to ask the vendor. Until they fixed it DropBox did this too.
