So, I'm in PPT 2016 trying to make 1 pic on my slide be the 1st to animate/appear (which it does fine), but then I can't make it stay on screen for the rest of the slide's duration. My 2nd pic beside it does fine. I have synced audio that also runs fine. I have a student subscription to Lynda.com but they're no help. I truly can't figure out how to troubleshoot this issue. I wanted to upload the file as an attachment but it's 9Meg. Go figure.

Open the animation pane and double click the entry for the troublesome picture
In Effect > After Animation what does it say? |

Thanks John. It says "Don't Dim" Should I maybe try a different animation?
