Default Slide not advanving after video has played

Hello I have search the forum and tried some of the surgested fixes without success. What i want to archive is a looped presentation using an X number of slides containing text, pictures and one video displayed on a HD TV using a laptop. Windows 7 64bit Microsoft office 2010 mp4 video. 5.05 minutes, also tried the video as .mov, .wmp. .avi I was getting the 64bit codec error when trying to insert/link the video as .avi, an install of K-Lite codec pack fixed the error allowing me to insert/link the video in the slide. Example - I create a presentation with three slides inserting the video to slide two, I click on the video which brings up the play tab and select play automaticaly, then set the transition to advance after X time for slides one and three, slide two I have tried setting the advance to zero, 2 seconds and plenty after, the time length of the video, and it will play the video just not advance past the video slide. If I set the video to play when clicked it doesn't play the video, then advances to slide three and loops. Any help would be great, thanks. Russ
