I have the same problem, and also with Windows 2016. The only advice I have been given is to try to repair or reinstall Office. It seems like this is widespread and only occurred after the recent Win10 update. I guess I'll bit the bullet and reinstall Office - seems like MS as usual has no time to research this and actually fix the problem.
