Hi,
Does someone know why the transparent area of a PNG shows correctly on monitor but does not print correctly? It is like the transparent area has a ghost. Ex. when printing on white background, I will get a light grey instead of a complete transparency and when I print on black it shows a darker black. The transparent area seems to have a tint when it is supposed to be...empty!! thanks |

Some printers do not handle transparency well so you problem is likely to be with the printer rather than PPT. (Especially if it's a postscript printer)
Try saving as a PDF and printing that see if that helps |
