Default Automatically displaying message at specific time in Powerpoint

Is there a way to briefly display a message or image in a presentation at a specific time of day or at a specific point in a presentation? To make a long story short, we use slides in worship at my church and, if possible, I'd like to have a message pop up for a few seconds at 12:05 PM (or 65 minutes into the presentation) telling parents they may go ahead and pick up their children from their Sunday school classes. Is there any way to do this?
