Exclamation PowerPoint to PDF: Large Fonts Disappear

Hello,

I create large banners (52"w x 24"h) using PowerPoint. I convert the files to pdfs and then print them.

Approximately two years ago, the large fonts I use in PowerPoint (sizes:700-998) disappear from the document when I convert it to a pdf. I haven't determined at what size the issue arises. However, the large fonts are essential to the large messages I am trying to present.

I converted these files successfully for years - until approximately 2013.

Printing directly from PowerPoint is not a viable option in these situations.

May I please ask for your expertise in this situation?

Sincerest thanks!
