Default powerpoint clock animation

I remember once my lecturer did it during the presentation. There was a clock on the slide. When my lecturer clicked it, a sentence/fact was flied in and the clock was moving to 1 o'clock and subsequently to 3....4....5... with facts flew in one by one. Could anyone tell me how it happens?
