How can I prevent a User from changing the font format set by the Powerpoint template?

If the template says "Primary Bullet points must be Arial 20Pt Black Bold", how do I ensure THAT is the only thing the user can select?



I need a means (VBA or otherwise) that either changes the font automatically if the User tries to enter any other font, size or style onto the slide, or rejects their choice with a message telling them to use the correct spec.

Using vba would be a non starter in a template - the user could just disable macros.

You might be able to get close by disabling commands with XML. Is that something you could take on. Have a look at this example, not completely fool proof but a major deterrent.
