Hi all,
As the subject eludes I'm trying to simplify the process of copying a slide that is using a custom layout to a completely new presentation and keep that layout information. Right now I have to copy the Master Layouts, paste into the new presentation. Paste the slides in, then reapply the appropriate layout. Kind of a bear. ![]() My coworkers are not nearly that savvy and are asking me if there is a way to simplify this procedure. Is there a way to "Copy With Layout" ? Thanks, G |

You can copy the slide RIGHT click in the thumbnail pane of the receiving presentation and choose the "Keep Source Format Paste" option
Alternatively use New Slide > Reuse Slides and open the required slides then tick "Keep Source Format" before adding the slide(s) |

Jeez, I've been using PPT for years and never noticed either of those options. TBH though I haven't generally used layouts before so this is a new problem for me.
Thanks I'll put both to use and see which is easier for our needs. -G |
