I created a ppt with 11 slides and a narration.
I added the audio, and rehearsed the slide timings, as well as recorded them. But when I send to the vid, create the vid, all i see is the first slide frozen in place, it never changes, but i do hear the entire audio. When I watch the ppt, all slides change on time. Not sure how to deal w/this I am using ppt 2010 |

Did you select "Use recorded timings and narrations" when making the movie?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Here are some screen shots: ![]() ![]() This is the animation setting for the first slide: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() --- OK, so those are the settings of the file. For each frame (slide) it has a specific duration. The *first* slide has an animation, and I show the settings in the last image above, fwiw. If I save as a ppt, all the slides play and audio syncs like it is supposed to. The only issue is when I go to "Save and Send" and "Create a Video", with the settings as you see above, the video does get saved, but the slides do not advance. All the video shows is the first slide while the entire audio plays underneath. I am trying to figure out why the vid will not advance the slides, but the ppt does. TIA |

I discovered that when I deleted the audio, and recorded a movie w/o it, *then* all the slides come out OK in the movie.
But when the audio file gets added, and I try to make a movie, I hear the audio on the created mp4 file, but only see the first slide. |

I found the issue. The audio had to be set to run for all the slides in the vid.
