How do I invoke Powerpoint Viewer?
I have MS Office 2007 and am able to bring up Powerpoint to create a slide show/presentation. But when finished I'd like to open the file with Powerpoint Viewer and am not able to do so. I had expected to open the viewer and then select a file that I wish to view. I obviously do not understand how the Viewer is even used? Thanks for helping out. Uncle Dewey
