Don't really see what you mean but you can set offsets like this. Note the value is in POINTS (72 points=1 inch, 28.4 points = 1 cm)

Code:

    shp.PictureFormat.Crop.PictureOffsetX = 72
    shp.PictureFormat.Crop.PictureOffsetY = 72
