If you untick transition on click OR use Kioskmode than animation "on click" is always disabled The only workaround would be to have triggered animations run by a transparent shape over the whole slide. You would need to make this disappear as the last animation runs so that the move to next slide buttons work OR add an animation that removes a "cover" from the button, There's an example of the last method here.
