Make shapes balloon for presentation

Hello,



I have a simple diagram in a presentation (three bubbles pointing at a central bubble) and I would like to have the three outside bubbles enlarge individually as the presenter discusses how this area effects the central item. When the presenter moves to the second bubble enlarges and the first bubble shrinks and so on.

Is this possible? Can this be done in one slide or does this need to be done over multiple slides.
