You can create a basic 3D shape in a PowerPoint slide using the Shapes tool and then applying some Depth through the 3D options in the Format Shape dialog box however what you are after is more complicated than what PowerPoint can create for you.

If you want this you'd need to look at using a third-party tool or some pre-made templates. I did a quick Google search and found some Rubiks Cube PowerPoint slide options which might be suitable such as http://www.slideteam.net/rubiks-cube...on-slides.html. Not sure if these are suitable or can be adapted to suit your needs but it's something to start with.
