change beginning position of text in PP 2013 design template

Is there a way to change the beginning text placeholder in the Parallax Design template (2013)? I changed the size of the font and the size (height) of the title box (made it smaller) and enlarged the "content" box to allow more content. I did all of this in the master slide. However, I cannot find a way to change the beginning position of the text bullets. They are too low in the text content box. How do I remove the space above the initial text line/bullet. I want it to be close to the top of the text box in the template. Thanks for your help on this.
