Hi Everyone,
I am working with PowerPoint 2010 and want to find a way to link to the last viewed slide in a section. I am doing a game show where each section will be a "category." The team with the most points at the end of the round will get to determine the next category of question asked. So because it can be random, I want to have all of my questions for one category grouped into 1 section, and then pick up where we left off if the category is repeated. Is this possible? Thanks! |

Hey, dsopchin,
Sounds like a Jeopardy type game. Is that right? And you don't want to exit the slideshow to search for the right slide because then students/team members could see the questions and get a head start. Simple, low-tech solution: Make a different PowerPoint for each category. Open them all up and start the slideshows. When you want to switch from one category to another, type Alt-Tab and you'll see all files that are open. Continue to type Alt-Tab until you get to the correct slide show and open it. It will open to the last displayed slide. You might find higher-tech solutions at http://www.eslgamesworld.com/members/games/pptgames/. |
