Hi all,

I am using Powerpoint 2007 and Windows 8. In a presentation I have one slide which contains a video clip, full screen, nothing else on that slide. The other slides are all photos, one per slide, all full screen. I have set the slideshow to advance after x seconds. When we get to the video slide what we see is:
a still shot of the first frame of the video
a very short black screen
the movie (plays perfectly)
a longer black screen (about 1 second)
a still shot of the first frame of the video
the next slide.

Is there a way to overcome this problem, so that what we see is:
a slide
the video playing


the next slide?
