Default Video with sound but no picture

Anyone have any ideas on this. I generally don't have trouble using a video, but once in a while a video has no picture. This is from inserting one out of a file where it was downloaded to.
Thanks.

(BTW it's Office 32 bit)

Default convert files

I figured it out on my own. I downloaded a free file converted and changed the file format to AVI and it works fine now.
Hope this helps others.

I meant free file converter. (spelling error on last post)
I am using Format Factory. It works great! I am able to convert other files that pop up with a box saying it can't find the file path.
