Default Unwanted border created when entering print preview and printing slides

My office has been having trouble printing slides from our template .ppt documents. When I select print preview the margins reduce by about half an inch, but so far as I see, the margins are accurate to the paper size we print on (standard 11 x 8.5 inches).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

jcameron
