Not hard but you need an editor. We have ImageReady but that's overkill. Microsoft no longer support or supply their freebie but it can still be found on the net
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/msgifanimator.html Load in the gif SELECT ALL FRAMES and adjust the duration in IMAGE, Save again
