My boss has a slide that's acting funny. There's four fade in effects on the slide. The first has a text box fading in automatically and then the second is a picture that's suppose to fade in "on click" but it fades in after the first. Even though on click is selected. Then there are two more "after previous" fades in that are suppose to happen after the "on click".
I've included a screen shot of the slide with the image that is suppose to fade in "on click" selected. ![]() Thanks for any ideas on how to fix this! |

It's because you (he) have the transition set to Auto. This cancels out "On Click" animation. If you think about it there's no sense in having the transition set to 12 secs if it has to wait for the boss to click it which might be longer than 12 secs.

Thanks JohnWilson, I knew it had to be something simple. After messing with it for 15 mins I couldn't find anything. Works great now.
