My boss has a slide that's acting funny. There's four fade in effects on the slide. The first has a text box fading in automatically and then the second is a picture that's suppose to fade in "on click" but it fades in after the first. Even though on click is selected. Then there are two more "after previous" fades in that are suppose to happen after the "on click".

I've included a screen shot of the slide with the image that is suppose to fade in "on click" selected.
